1. Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are agreed on the one hand by GALERIE LES PORTRAITS EN MINIATURE, and, on the other hand, any natural or legal person, referred to below as "the Buyer", wishing to make a purchase via the website www.lesportraitsenminiature.fr .

2. Object

These Terms and Conditions of Sale aim to define the contractual relations between GALERIE LES PORTRAITS EN MINIATURE and the Buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website www.lesportraitsenminiature.fr . The acquisition of a product through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the Buyer of these Terms and Conditions of Sale, which the Buyer acknowledges having read before placing his order.

The authenticity of the miniature portraits and other antique objects offered on www.lesportraitsenminiature.fr is guaranteed. The descriptions are made as accurately as possible, but are provided for informational purposes only. GALERIE LES PORTRAITS EN MINIATURE cannot guarantee that the descriptions on this site are complete, exact and without errors. The photographs in the catalog are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect likeness with the product offered, in particular as regards colours, patina or small details which are not apparent in the photographs. In case of doubts the Buyer can request additional photographs or informatiLon. If an object does not correspond to the description given, the Buyer can return the object asking for a refund.

4. Prices

The prices in euros in the catalog are prices inclusive of all taxes.

The prices indicated include the costs of order fulfillment, transport and shipping for the European Union. Shipping methods other than those offered by GALERIE LES PORTRAITS EN MINIATURE will be paid by the Buyer. Shipping costs outside the European Union will be paid by the Buyer.

If the Buyer needs to export the items to a country other than mainland France and Italy, the customer is the importer of the products concerned.

GALERIE LES PORTRAITS EN MINIATURE is not responsible for any additional customs costs that may be added to the receipt of the package, and any paperwork, customs duties and local taxes. GALERIE LES PORTRAITS EN MINIATURE advises customers to inquire at the competent office in their country.

GALERIE LES PORTRAITS EN MINIATURE reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that the price that will appear in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the Buyer.

5. Orders

The Buyer who wishes to purchase a product or service must contact GALERIE LES PORTRAITS EN MINIATURE by e-mail, letter or by filling in the form provided on the website.

The item will be automatically reserved for the first customer according to contact date and time, in the event of more than one request.

The purchase order is irrevocable. When ordering an item, the Buyer undertakes to provide all necessary personal information (name, address, telephone, e-mail and, if requested, a copy of the identity card or passport) necessary for the delivery of the purchase to its destination.

GALERIE LES PORTRAITS EN MINIATURE will send details for payment and the Buyer will make the payment according to the foreseen conditions (see paragraph 7).

The sale will be concluded only after the order has been confirmed and payment received.

The information provided by the Buyer when ordering must be correct. The Buyer accepts that GALERIE LES PORTRAITS EN MINIATURE will accept no liability if an error appears in the address or name of the recipient provided and if the product cannot be delivered.

The confirmation of the order implies the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale and the acknowledgment of having fully understood them.

All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will have the value of proof of the transaction. The confirmation will have the value of signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.

GALERIE LES PORTRAITS EN MINIATURE reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order.

The articles remain the property of the LES PORTRAITS EN MINIATURE until the full payment of the price of the order.

GALERIE LES PORTRAITS EN MINIATURE also reserves the right to use the images of the objects as it wishes also after the sale has been completed.

6. Withdrawal

The Buyer, if a non-professional natural person, has a withdrawal period of 7 (seven) days from receipt of the order to return the product to GALERIE LES PORTRAITS EN MINIATURE in order to exchange it or obtain a refund without penalty.

The Buyer will be reimbursed as soon as possible. This refund can be made with any payment method, the total amount will be refunded excluding the shipping expenses incurred by GALERIE LES PORTRAITS EN MINIATURE. The Buyer must return the item in the condition in which it was presented on the website and with the same packaging requirements and the item must travel with appropriate insurance.

Shipping is under the full responsibility of the Buyer.

The shipping costs incurred for the return will be paid by the Buyer. All items are returned to the registered office address: Galerie Les Portraits en Miniature di Michele Bernardi, Via Nazionale 14, Berzo-Demo 25040, (BS) Italy.

7. Payment terms

Payment is due at the time of ordering, payment in euros must be made within eight working days.

The accepted payment methods are bank transfer and Paypal. All bank costs will be paid by the Buyer. 

After receiving the total amount of the invoice GALERIE LES PORTRAITS EN MINIATURE will send a message confirming the purchase.

8. Shipping

Shipments will be made to the address indicated by the Buyer.

All items travel insured and with professional packaging.

Shipping times are very fast but GALERIE LES PORTRAITS EN MINIATURE cannot be held responsible for delays due to inefficiencies of the shipping company or by customs bureaucracy or state bodies responsible for importing.

9. Liability

In the online sales process, GALERIE LES PORTRAITS EN MINIATURE is bound only by an obligation of means; and cannot be held responsible for direct and indirect damage deriving from the use of the Internet such as data loss, intrusion, viruses, service interruption or other problems which do not depend on GALERIE LES PORTRAITS EN MINIATURE.
