Superb and rare miniature portrait of a young woman by Antoine Vestier (1740 - 1824). The work is signed and dated on the right: "Vestier Pictor Regis 1785" and presented on a round tortoiseshell snuffbox mounted in gold.
His works are held in the most important museums and private collections.
